Hello everyone! 

We are the team of Meeting u. Our role is to organize various events. Every event is very special and our goal is to ensure that the event goes according to the clients’ wish. 

As students of Hotel Management School NHL Stenden, we have the opportunity to practice the theory we learned, and every semester we have 5 mandatory working weeks in various departments. In these departments everything is operated by the students, who are assigned with different positions, depending on their year of study.  As a first year, students follow the instructions from supervisors and managers. Students of the second year become supervisors and are guided by third years who have the role of managers. Apart from the students, each department has Practical Facilitators, who guide students during their practice period.

For this project our team consists of one manager (Greta) and two supervisors (Mila and Karolina). Our team also consists of two practical facilitators (Sanne and Tineke) who have a lot of experience in event management and are always happy to help us if we need it.
