JETEN does not charge authors for article submission or processing. JETEN exclusively publishes papers presented in Thematic Interest Groups (TIGs) during the ETEN annual conference. 

Thematic Interest Groups leaders review the papers and select ones suitable for the journal and submit them to the editorial board for blind peer review by three referees per article.
