Dear all, 

We are all very concerned about the coronavirus and we know all of you are as well. Due to the current development in the Covid situation it has been decided by the organizing committee of University College South Denmark to cancel the ETEN Conference, initially planned for 22 – 24 April. 

We have been in close contact with the ETEN Board and have agreed on cancellation of the conference even though deadline of registration is 21 February. All paid conference fees will be refunded 100%. 

The International Office at University College South Denmark will reimburse the conference fees as soon as possible. 

Annual meeting and one-day conference instead: 

The ETEN Board has decided to offer an online event with key note speech and workshops. The event will free of charge and open to all. 

Thursday 22nd of April. ECO and TIG leader meeting. 

Friday 23rd of April: One-day conference.
