* The conference fee includes conference materials and welcome package, coffee breaks (Wednesday –Friday), conference reception on Wednesday, lunch (Wednesday ECOs and TIG Leaders, Thursday and Fridayfor all participants), the cultural activities and the conference dinner on Friday.

Cancellation policy For cancellation, please send an email to meetingu@nhlstenden.com including the following information: first name, last name, invoice/registration number and note in the email subject line “cancellation of participation ETEN conference”. Cancellation requests made before 1st February 2024 are eligible for the refund of the paid conference fee. For cancellation requested between 1st February and 22nd March 2024 there will be a cancellation charge of 50 per cent of the conference fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount due. Refunds will be issued to the same bank account from which they werereceived. No refunds will be issued after 22nd March 2024. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email. Please note: The cancellation is only valid after confirmation!
