    Sir,

    Accept seasonal greetings from Cameroon. I am writing this email in request for an invitation letter to enable our organization take part for the upcoming symposium dur to take place from 22-24 of April 2026 in the University of Vlora-Ismail Qemaliin Albania.

    We will be very grateful if our request is considered to enable us sufficient time to request for a visa.
